No. All payments are made securely through Patamali. This helps prevent fraud and ensures a smooth experience for both guests and hosts.

What types of stays are available on Patamali?
Patamali focuses on furnished stays of 30 days or longer, ideal for expats, corporate travelers, relocating families, and digital nomads.

Are all properties furnished?
Yes. All listings on Patamali are fully furnished and designed for comfortable mid-term stays.

Check-In & Protection

What happens after I check in?
After check-in, you have up to two (2) days to verify that the property matches the listing and meets expected standards.

What if the property is not as described?
If you experience a serious issue within the first two (2) days (such as misrepresentation, safety concerns, or major differences from the listing), you should contact Patamali immediately.

We will:

  • Assist you in finding a suitable alternative property, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund, where appropriate

Who do I contact during my stay?
You can contact the host for day-to-day matters. If issues cannot be resolved, Patamali support is available to assist you.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. The following cancellation policy applies:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
  • 25% fee within 14 days
  • 50% fee within 7 days
  • No refund after check-in or for no-shows

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How does Patamali prevent fraud?
Patamali verifies hosts where possible and manages all payments through the platform to ensure secure and reliable transactions.

Can I book outside the platform?
No. For your protection, all bookings must be completed through Patamali.

How do I list my property on Patamali?
You can create a listing by uploading your property details, photos, pricing, and availability directly on the platform.

What types of properties are accepted?
We accept furnished properties suitable for 30+ day stays, including apartments and houses.

Do I need to be the owner of the property?
Yes. You must be the legal owner or an authorized representative of the property.

Payments & Earnings

When do I get paid?
You will receive your payment two (2) days after the guest has successfully checked in, once the stay has been confirmed.

Payment processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment method or banking systems.

Why is payment made after check-in?
This ensures that the booking is legitimate and that the property meets the expected standards, protecting both guests and hosts.

What fees does Patamali charge?
Patamali charges a 10% commission on the total booking amount.

Check-In & Guest Verification

What is the 2-day check-in verification period?
Guests have up to two (2) days after check-in to confirm that the property matches the listing and is in acceptable condition.

What happens if there is an issue during this period?
If a guest reports a serious issue:

  • Patamali may assist the guest with alternative accommodation or a refund
  • Hosts responsible for such issues may face penalties, including listing removal or account suspension

Guest Communication

Can I communicate with guests?
Yes. You can communicate with guests to provide instructions and support during their stay.

Property Management

Can I require a security deposit?
Yes. You may request a security deposit, typically equal to one month’s rent, to cover potential damages.

What happens if my property is not as described?
You may be required to compensate the guest, and repeated issues may lead to removal from the platform.

Platform Rules

Can I accept bookings outside Patamali?
No. All bookings initiated through Patamali must be completed on the platform.
